9th December 2005, The Lumley's and the Delfino's moved into this old Victorian house, when we first viewed the house Fi said 'it's a fixer upper'.. Jake said 'well..I think we should think about it.. we should get a survey done.. and that roof looks a little worn.. how old is the house over 100 years. That's a big crack on that wall. That ceiling don't look safe, looks like they had a leak. Where's the glass roof on that conservatory? It needs new carpet and all the walls need plastering. That kitchen is tiny.
